effective from Monday 10th of November 2008 in Kabul Afghanistan.
Requirement for Tourist Visa
• Complete Application form and duly signed
• Passport with at least six month validity
• Photocopy of Identity Card (Tazkera)
• Letter from your employing company
• Three Photographs with light background |
Requirements for Business Visa
• Complete Application form and duly signed
• Passport with at least six month validity
• Photocopy of Identity Card (Tazkera)
• Letter from the employing company
• Certificate of Registration or business license
• Any other evidence of commercial operation.
• Three Photographs with light background

Requirements for Medical Visa
• Complete Application form and duly signed
• Passport with at least six month validity
• Photocopy of Identity Card (Tazkera)
• Recommendation letter from doctor in Afghanistan
• Any previous report and check up with doctor in Afghanistan
• Three Photographs with light background

• Admission letter from College/University
• Letter from Consular Department, Ministry of Foreign Affairs
